TRADITIONAL THERAPEUTIC Swedish

Ultimately relaxing swedish massage. If you need to seriously drop in and tune out, this is the massage for you. Pressure can range from light to medium firm and certain areas can have a bit of focus, but the intention of this offering is to give the body a chance to truly relax, know, and heal itself.

Swedish Deep tissue

A slow, firm and flowing intuitive dance. Incorporating many beneficial modalities to assist the body to heal chronic or acute challenges. 75 or 90 minute sessions suggested to allow enough time to dive in and address issues.

Barefoot Bodywork

If you are looking for deep work, this is it. Able to leverage my weight on your tightest muscles and trigger points I can melt them into putty and turn you into a human noodle. Lower body and back issues especially benefit from this therapy and athletic performance enhanced by the deep muscle relaxation brought to you by gravity.
