ABOUT ME

My journey into the world of massage began in 2008 when I began my training at Santa Barbara Bodyworks. Quickly falling in love with the work and having a natural talent for it gave me a sense of peace and purpose that I deeply cherish. Dedicated to my practice, I am ever growing my collection of modalities and techniques.

My work can best be described as integrative and intuitive. Often times I say I find my hands (and elbows) having minds of their own, focusing on just the right spot or going somewhere neither I nor my client knew was hurting. Drawing from a wide range of therapies including theraputic swedish, thai, cross link adhesion release, trigger point, acupressure, and meridian tracing, I have many tools in my tool box and excitedly await each session to discover which ones my client’s body and spirit ask to be employed.
